At M.E. Mechanical, brothers Eric Kasparie and Matt Kasparie, have been working in the construction, pipe fitting, mechanical work, sprinkler work, and fire protection field for decades. In 2017, M.E. Mechanical was launched, working alongside architects, engineers, and customers across the Midwest. Both Eric and Matt grew up in Quincy, IL working for a family-owned construction business. With a strong rural, midwestern work ethic, honest hard work with a handshake is how they do business. Matt graduated from WIU with a degree in construction management then followed up obtaining his MBA. Matt has worked in the commercial construction field for more than 15 years in project management and estimating roles. Eric, after working in the family construction business for over 10 years, worked for Booth Mechanical Construction for 13 years, until the passing of the company’s owner. It was then in 2017 that M.E. Mechanical began operations. Eric has obtained a Level 3 Certification by NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies). Eric holds a NICET Level 3 certification in fire protection, engineering technology, and inspection and testing of water-based systems.
